                             RESOLUTION NO.   19878 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE
                   AN AGREEMENT WITH WAL-MART STORES, INC.,
                   RELATIVE TO INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
                   A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF LEE
                   HIGHWAY AND PARK PLACE OFFICE PARK AND THE
                   SAM'S CLUB SOUTH DRIVEWAY.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an
       Agreement with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., relative to installation 
and
       maintenance of a traffic signal at the intersection of Lee 
Highway
       and Park Place Office Park and the Sam's Club south driveway.
